The simple terms of using Drift & Dwell

These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit, use, or purchase from the Drift & Dwell website. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Drift & Dwell Designs (“Drift & Dwell”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a small Australian business that designs and sells digital planners, printables, and resources.

All products sold on the Drift & Dwell website are digital. There are no physical items, no shipping, and no physical delivery — files are delivered electronically only.

Product descriptions, sample images, and previews are provided to give you a clear sense of what's inside. Colours, fonts, and layouts may appear slightly different on screen or once printed at home, depending on your device and printer.

All prices on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. Your order is only complete once payment has been received and confirmed.

We may update prices, run promotions, or change product availability at any time. Changes do not affect orders that have already been placed.

Once your payment is confirmed, your digital files are delivered to the email address you provided at checkout. Delivery is typically immediate, but please allow a short window in case of email delays.

If you have not received your files within a reasonable time, please check your spam or promotions folder, then email studio@driftanddwell.com.au and we'll resend them.

When you purchase a Drift & Dwell digital product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it within your own household.

• You may print and reuse files for your own personal use.
• You may use the files on your own devices, including phones and tablets.
• You may not resell, redistribute, share, or upload our files to any other website, app, or platform.
• You may not use our files commercially, in client work, or as part of another product without our written permission.
• All copyright, design, and intellectual property in our products remains with Drift & Dwell Designs.

Please use the Drift & Dwell website respectfully and lawfully. You agree not to interfere with the site's operation, attempt to access areas you are not authorised to access, or use the site for anything misleading or harmful.

Our planners and resources are designed to support everyday life, organisation, preparedness, and household routines. They are general in nature and are not professional advice — including financial, legal, medical, or emergency advice. Please use your own judgement and seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will always be free of errors or interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
