Questions
- What do I get?
- Access to every paid Drift & Dwell PDF on the members page for as long as your subscription is paid, including any new or updated planners released while it is active.
- How is it billed?
- It is an annual subscription: $39.95 AUD charged by Stripe when you subscribe, then again each year on the same date until you cancel. Each paid year opens the library until the end of that paid term.
- How do I cancel?
- Choose Manage billing or cancel renewal on the members page. Stripe securely signs you in using your checkout email, and you confirm cancellation there. You do not need your private download reference to manage billing. Cancellation stops future renewals, not the paid term, and does not trigger a refund.
- What happens if a renewal fails or I cancel?
- If a renewal payment is not completed, or once a cancelled subscription reaches the end of its paid term, the members page stops releasing downloads. PDFs you already downloaded while paid stay licensed to you for personal household use.
- I bought the older one-time 12-month pass
- It is still honoured for its full 12 calendar months from payment and never renews. Single-bundle purchases also stay valid on their own download pages.
- How do I get back to the members page later?
- After checkout the members page shows a private access link. Save it in a password manager or private note: opening it, or pasting it into the members page, brings your library back on any device for the rest of your pass. Treat it like a password. We do not send files or access links by email; if you lose it, contact the studio with your Stripe receipt and we will help manually.
- Refunds and disputes
- Fully refunded or disputed passes close immediately. A partial refund does not automatically close access. See the refund policy for how we handle digital purchases under Australian Consumer Law.
- Can I share it?
- The licence is personal and household only. Please do not share, resell or redistribute the files or your access.
